This year at Dwell on Design LA, 3 full-scale prefab homes will feature an array of furnishings to create an exciting and eye-catching experience. Located in the Dwell Outdoor area of the show floor, the 2017 prefabs are a must-see.

Kim Lewis Tiny Homes, "The Little Lady with Big Ideas", is best known as the Lead Designer behind ABC's "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" and founder of Kim Lewis Designs in Austin, TX. In six years with Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Kim designed over 120 homes in 43 states.  Her work has been featured on television networks ABC, HGTV, TLC, National Geographic, Spike TV, Animal Planet, and FYI's "Tiny House Nation". Her new brand, Kim Lewis Designs, centers design inspiration around global inspiration and local collaboration. Every design should speak to the client's "Roots" (their story and where they've come from), their "Wings" (where they want to go) and "Purpose" (being intentional).

Neolith Tiny House on wheels is a fully functional rolling tiny house cladded fully with Neolith on the indoors and outdoors and composed of 2 separate units that complement each other.

The Neolith Tiny House, designed as an experiential home, shows the possibilities of the surfacing material in a variety of applications, including the facade, wall cladding, flooring, countertops, and roof deck in one tiny project. When it comes to a tiny house, especially one that will travel cross country, weight and durability are major factors. Neolith slabs are thin and therefore very light, will not fade or crack from constant UV exposure or temperature swings, and are virtually indestructible, ideal for a tiny house on the move.

Method Homes is proud to be displaying its new Annata Model this June at Dwell on Design 2017.

The Annata model is designed by Chris Pardo Design: Elemental Architecture and comes in two and three module versions. It is designed with a focus on indoor/outdoor living and is ideal for the wine country and coastal areas of California.
