Q: What are the dates and hours of the show?
A: The dates of the show are Friday, June 23  through Sunday, June 25.

Q: What are the hours for move-in?
A: A targeted move-in schedule will be available January 2017.  If you are shipping by truck to be unloaded at the dock at the Los Angeles Convention Center, your target date is the day your shipment should arrive.  Each date is determined based on the booth's size, location, and time allotted for access to the hall.  Adhering to specified target move-in dates is vital to allow exhibitors access to their booths and to guarantee the show is able to open on schedule.  To accommodate all exhibitors in the most efficient manner, we are asking each company to honor their target date.  If you would like to request a change to your assigned move-in, please email Kelly Williamson.

Q: When can I dismantle my booth?
A: No dismantling or packing permitted prior to the close of the show at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.  Empty cartons will be returned to booths beginning at 4:00 p.m.  Dismantling will continue on Monday beginning at 7:00 a.m. and ending at 12:00 p.m.  All materials must be removed from the show floor by that time.

Q:Do I need to register for the show?  What about my staff?
A: Yes, you must register yourself and any staff that will be present on the show floor at any time, during or after the event.  All exhibitors must wear a badge at all times on the show floor or in the meeting room areas during the event.  You will need to register staff who will be assisting in set-up and dismantle even if they will not be present during the show.
